# Fix Jumper missing from Workflow Integrations in DaVinci Resolve

> Install the Jumper plugin by hand when Jumper doesn't appear under Workspace > Workflow Integrations in DaVinci Resolve Studio on macOS or Windows.

If Jumper doesn't appear under **Workspace -> Workflow Integrations** in DaVinci Resolve Studio, check that the plugin is installed. If it's missing, install it by hand.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Workflow Integrations only work in the paid **DaVinci Resolve Studio**. They aren't available in the free version or in the Mac App Store version of Resolve.

## Install the plugin manually

**macOS**

On macOS, the Jumper app installs the plugin when it starts with **Enable Jumper in DaVinci Resolve** turned on. Quit and reopen `Jumper.app` first. If Jumper is still missing in Resolve, follow these steps.

**1. Quit DaVinci Resolve**

Resolve only loads plugins when it starts.

**2. Open the plugin folder**

In Finder, press **Cmd + Shift + G**, paste this path, and press **Return**:

```text theme={null}
/Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve/Workflow Integration Plugins/
```

This is the **Library** folder at the top level of your drive, not the one in your home folder (`~/Library`).

If a `Jumper` folder is already here, the plugin is installed. Go to [If Jumper is still missing](#if-jumper-is-still-missing).

**3. Get the plugin from the Jumper app**

In your **Applications** folder, right-click `Jumper.app` and choose **Show Package Contents**. Open **Contents -> Resources** and copy `Jumper.zip` to your Desktop.

Double-click `Jumper.zip` on your Desktop. This creates a folder named `Jumper`.

**4. Move the Jumper folder into the plugin folder**

Drag the `Jumper` folder into the `Workflow Integration Plugins` folder. macOS asks for your password because it's a system folder.

`manifest.xml` must sit directly inside the `Jumper` folder:

```text theme={null}
Workflow Integration Plugins/Jumper/manifest.xml
```

If you see `Jumper/Jumper/manifest.xml`, move the inner `Jumper` folder up one level.

**5. Open Jumper in DaVinci Resolve**

Start DaVinci Resolve and go to **Workspace -> Workflow Integrations -> Jumper**.

**Windows**

**1. Quit DaVinci Resolve**

Resolve only loads plugins when it starts.

**2. Open the plugin folder**

Open File Explorer, paste this path into the address bar, and press **Enter**:

```text theme={null}
C:\ProgramData\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Support\Workflow Integration Plugins
```

`ProgramData` is hidden by default, so paste the path instead of browsing to it.

If a `Jumper` folder is already here, the plugin is installed. Go to [If Jumper is still missing](#if-jumper-is-still-missing).

**3. Extract the plugin**

The Jumper installer copies `Jumper.zip` into this folder and extracts it. If `Jumper.zip` is still here, right-click it and choose **Extract All**.

Windows suggests a destination ending in `\Jumper`. Remove `\Jumper` so the destination is the `Workflow Integration Plugins` folder itself, then click **Extract**. Windows asks for administrator permission.

If there's no `Jumper.zip`, run the Jumper installer again. It reinstalls the plugin, even for the version you already have. Get the latest installer from the [download page](https://download.getjumper.io/).

**4. Check the folder structure**

`manifest.xml` must sit directly inside the `Jumper` folder:

```text theme={null}
Workflow Integration Plugins\Jumper\manifest.xml
```

If you see `Jumper\Jumper\manifest.xml`, move the inner `Jumper` folder up one level.

**5. Open Jumper in DaVinci Resolve**

Start DaVinci Resolve and go to **Workspace -> Workflow Integrations -> Jumper**.

## If Jumper is still missing

* Restart DaVinci Resolve after installing the plugin.
* Check that you're running **DaVinci Resolve Studio**. The **About DaVinci Resolve** window says "DaVinci Resolve Studio".
* [Send us your logs](https://docs.getjumper.io/report.md) and a screenshot of the `Workflow Integration Plugins` folder.
