# Panel won't open

> If you have trouble opening the Jumper panel, select your NLE for platform-specific troubleshooting.

Select your editing software for troubleshooting steps:

* **[Adobe Premiere Pro](/NLE/premiere/premiere-panel-not-opening)** — Jumper not showing in the Extension menu
* **[Avid Media Composer](/NLE/avid/avid-troubleshooting#panel-wont-open)** — Jumper not showing in Tools or Extensions menu
